Pure native variety of Kerala. The "Meesakkaran Mango" going to be everyone's favourite companion. Ripe mangoes should be squash by hand and suck the juice. It is rich in sweet and slightly sour taste.



Collect the mango from the tree when it turns light reddish shade, wait for it to become fruit. It will be delicious to eat. The tree will not grow tall; it spread evenly. There will be plenty of mangoes in all the sunny parts of this mango tree. This raw mango is ideal for fish curry and pickles. Once you eat this mango, you automatically come back to this place during the upcoming season. Under the tree, you will only find mangoes bitten by birds or squirrels. Still, you pick a few of them.

Take two mangoes and keep them in such a way that the top of the mango facing each other resembles a horny moustache. That is why it got the name "Meesakkaran": it is the Malayalam word of the horny moustache; The Children's gave this name because of this similarity. It maximum weighs 250 grams.



The worms are almost non-existent. The only drawback is the bat attack.
